01Are pets allowed?+
Generally, yes. Please let us know in advance.
02Are bicycles available?+
We recommend bringing your own bicycles. Cycle hire is also available nearby; please ask us for details.
03Is electric vehicle charging charged separately?+
Yes. The charging point has its own meter and electricity is charged at the current rate.
04How much does the final cleaning cost?+
Final cleaning costs €300 for the main house and €100 for the east wing.
05What are the arrival and departure times?+
The Château is available from 5 pm on your arrival day. Please leave by 9 am on departure day.
06Are bed linen and towels provided?+
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided.
07Which payment methods are accepted?+
Payment is made by bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
08Is a deposit payment required?+
A 50% advance payment is due after confirmation. The remaining balance is due 20 days before arrival.
09What is the cancellation policy?+
For cancellations made at least 20 days before arrival, 50% of the total is refunded. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
10How much is the security deposit?+
The security deposit is €1,000 for the main house and €500 for the east wing.
11Is parking and storage available?+
Yes. Parking and storage for pushchairs and bicycles are available on the property.
12Is there internet, a washing machine and a television?+
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi, two washing machines, a tumble dryer and televisions with streaming services are available.
13How far away is the nearest supermarket?+
The nearest supermarket or bakery is around six kilometres away, less than ten minutes by car.
14Is there a minimum stay?+
The minimum rental period is one week.
15Is there a local contact person?+
Yes. You will receive their contact details before arrival.
